Call for Nominations: WSAA Board of Directors

The Window Shading Association of Australia (WSAA) invites member nominations for election to the WSAA Board of Directors.

The 2025 election comes at a pivotal and exciting time for the Association. Following our rebrand to WSAA, we’re experiencing strong membership growth and are actively delivering on the priorities outlined in our 2024–2027 Strategic Plan.

To support these strategic priorities, WSAA is committed to securing and maintaining a balanced, skilled, and diverse Board that reflects the interests and expertise of its membership.

Elected Directors will provide ongoing leadership and governance, helping to ensure the creation and protection of value for all WSAA members.

Board Commitment

  • The Board meets in person four times per year in various Australian capital cities for full-day meetings.
  • Between meetings, Directors are expected to contribute to Board-related projects and initiatives.
  • Directors are elected to serve a five-year term.


How to Apply
If you wish to nominate for a Director position, please submit a completed nomination form which requires the nomination to be nominated by a WSAA member, an introduction and career statement, your CV and a head shot photo as well as two references.

Nomination documents are to be emailed to Lynn Potesil (Company Secretary) via info@wsaa.au by 5pm AEST Friday 15th August 2025.

Consideration and Review of Nominations
The WSAA Board is responsible for the assessment of all nominations and determination of those persons considered eligible, and to be put forward as a recommendation for the election process at the 2025 AGM on Thursday 16th October in Melbourne.
