The Metro North Tower project included the installation of 2,500 custom-fitted tensioned blind systems, tailored to the building’s unique trapezoid, parallelogram, and angled windows. These automated shades ensure total light control, managing heat gain and glare while enhancing tenant comfort. Beyond aesthetics, this innovative shading solution supports the building’s sustainability goals of delivering economic, environmental, and social benefits.
